Camp is June 15th - 19th, 2026
9am - 3pm 
(On June 15th the doors open at 8:30am and camp starts at 9am)
Camp ends at 3pm and there is no after care available.

Meals and snacks:
We do not provide meals or snacks, please pack a lunch. 

Is there a chance registration might close?
Yes, we expect camp to fill up early this year due to capping the enrollment for camp to half the size as previous years. 

For the 2026 season, our available gym space is expected to be more limited than in past years due to factors outside of our control.  As a result, we will be hosting a smaller camp this summer and adjusting enrollment accordingly. This situation is still evolving, and we are hopeful that additional space may become available.

Concerns?  Our camp administrator is KC  and she will be happy to communicate with you if you email her at [email protected]. Please allow for 1-3 days for a response. 

Cancellations and Refunds:    Due to high demand and limited capacity for the 2026 season, our cancellation and refund policy has been updated:

• January 4 – March 31, 2026: $200 cancellation fee
• April 1 – May 30, 2026: $300 cancellation fee
• After June 1, 2026: No refunds

We understand that unexpected situations arise and will review special circumstances on a case-by-case basis whenever possible.

What to Bring:
Tennis shoes, water, athletic clothes.

What NOT to Bring:
Please leave personal items such as jewelry, phones, etc at home.  Horstmeyer Hoops is not responsible for misplaced, lost or stolen items.

Do you divide the players by age or skill?
Players will be divided into groups based on age and ability.  Our goal is to place them where they will be comfortable yet challenged. 

What grades/ages is this camp for?
We are a camp for girls entering 4th - 8th grades. 

 Weren't rising 3rd graders previously allowed?
Yes, we have previously been a camp for girls 3rd - 8th grade, but due to our expected limited facility space for 2026 we have needed to substantially limited the number of campers, so for 2026 the camp will be 4th - 8th graders only. 

What will my daughter learn?
We will teach the fundamentals of the game, shooting technique and shooting drills, one on one moves with and without the ball, ball handling, passing, rebounding and defense.  Those more advanced will be challenged with more advanced game skills. We will build their skills through clinics, stations, games, situational games, and competitions.  Additionally we work on teamwork, game time management and what it takes to be a good leader.

What happens if a camper is sick or injured during camp?
Parents or guardians will be contacted immediately if there is a serious injury or if a child needs to leave camp early for medical reasons.  Please make a notation on the health form if there is any medical condition we should be aware of in advance of the camper's attendance to camp.

Can parents watch?
Yes.  Parents are invited to watch any part of camp.  Several enjoy coming early for pickup and watching the end of day games.  On the final day of camp we have a rewards ceremony that all are invited to at 2:45pm.  Please note there is little to no seating available Mon - Thurs.
